New 2026 £500 Grant Boosts Gloucester Community Chest
Gloucester Community Building Collective has received a £500 grant from The Honourable Company of Gloucestershire Charitable Trust to support our Gloucester Community Chest.

The funding is aimed at creating a positive impact on a group of people or wider community/neighbourhood. Supporting people to connect, enable them to be more physically active and improve peoples wellbeing.
Younger people in Coney Hill
Linking to Child Friendly Gloucestershire, we are really excited to be working in partnership with a some brilliant local organisations so that young people’s wellbeing is seen as part of community wellbeing and that the community is a welcoming place for young people.
A New Way of Working
We see the opportunities though training/ workshops/ partnerships with the big and the small organisations as not a barrier but has a vital cog in the wheel of strength-based working. We know that system change can be unpredictable and long term in a quick fix culture but that drives us on.
